How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days and arrive within 5–10 business days to US addresses. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free standard shipping on all US orders over $75. Orders under $75 are charged a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking email with a link to follow your package in real time.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window on all products. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us at company.pin.high@gmail.com with your order number and we'll make it right.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We're sorry to hear that. Email us at company.pin.high@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damage and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and process your return, refunds are issued within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.
Products
Are your products simulator-compatible?
Most of our training aids and accessories are designed to work both in simulator bays and on the course. Each product page specifies where it's best used.
Are these the same products professionals use?
Many of our training aids are used at all levels of the game, from beginners to scratch golfers. All products in our catalog have been tested at a private golf simulator facility in Roanoke, Virginia.
Do you sell golf clubs or balls?
We currently focus on training aids, accessories, and performance gear rather than clubs or balls. Our catalog is curated around products that genuinely improve your game.

No — you can check out as a guest. Creating an account lets you track orders and save your details for faster checkout next time.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
