Shipping Policy
All orders from Pin High Gear are processed and shipped from our supplier network within the United States.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, along with tracking information.
Shipping Time Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days, depending on your location and the specific product ordered. Some items may take slightly longer during high-demand periods or due to carrier delays outside our control.
Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order and your delivery address. Any applicable free-shipping promotions will be clearly noted on the product page or at checkout.
Multiple-Item Orders Because our products are sourced from different suppliers, orders containing multiple items may ship separately and arrive in separate packages on different dates. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking details. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive it.
Incorrect Addresses Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at [your support email] — we'll do our best to correct it before the order ships.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages If your tracking shows delivery but you haven't received your package, or if your package arrives damaged, contact us at [your support email] within 7 days so we can help resolve the issue.
